Better Detailing Methods ("we") is a mobile auto detailing business. This page explains what we collect when you request a quote or book online, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill out the quote or booking form: your name, phone number, email, the address where you want the detail done, your vehicle, the service you picked, any notes, and any photos you attach.

How we use it

• To schedule and do your detail, and to contact you about it.
• To send a booking confirmation and a reminder the day before, by email and, if you opt in, by text message.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Text messages

We only text you if you tick "Text me" when you book. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties. Phone numbers are passed only to the provider that delivers our texts (Twilio), solely to send them. See our SMS terms for details, and reply STOP to any text to stop getting them.

Who else handles it

We use a few service providers to run this site, and they handle your information only to provide their service to us: Cloudflare (website hosting and our booking database), Resend (email delivery), and Twilio (text message delivery).

How long we keep it

We keep booking and quote details as long as we need them to serve you and keep basic business records. Ask us and we'll delete yours.
